Yeah…. I know…. that title is a little extra, but let’s just roll with it. Okay, so one of the biggest excuses I hear from business travelers is “I’d love to work out or exercise, BUT I only take a carry on, so I don’t have room or space.” Well lucky for you I’m a packing pro, and I have a few packing hacks that will help.
Compression Cubes
A step up from the traditional packing cube, these are collapsible, which will free up space and give you more room to work with. The other thing I love is that they are made of a super light material.
Workout clothes made of light material
If you’re going for a short trip, pack two pairs of workout clothes. Since they dry fast, you can rinse them, ring them out and hang up to air dry.
Minimalist Sneakers
These have a low profile and small footprint when it comes to space saving.
Resistance Bands
You can do various exercises, and they’ll take up little to no room in your bag.
Pre-pack snacks
Shop for your snacks and put them in your bag the night before to ensure you don’t forget them.
Snack Size Baggies
Use snack size baggies to save space and control your portions better.
If there’s a will there’s a way to make it work. Think outside of the box, and remember to CTFO, which stands for: Chill, Trust the process, be Flexible & Open Minded. If it’s important to you you’ll find a way, if it’s not… you’ll make an excuse.
