The Quick and Simple Way That Turns Your Hotel Room into a Gym

Where all the business travelers at?! 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️

Do you find it hard to stick to your regular workout routine when out of town for work? Some of those hotel gyms are like closets with one dreadmill…. That’s usually taken when you know…. you want to get on the treadmill. Or better yet, there’s no equipment at all! We get it. 🥵

If only there were a few quick and simple ways to turn your hotel room into a gym, so you could consistently workout as you travel a ton for business…. “Hold my green shake…”

Look no further. Here are a few ideas on how to still get your sweat on without leaving your room:

  1. Pack Resistance Bands– These are light and easy to pack and you can get a really good sweat-sesh completed in a short period of time
  2. Pack Your Own Yoga Towel or Ask Housekeeping for Extra Full Body Towels – Hotel carpets are disgusting 🤢… so if you’re going to be doing Yoga or floor work, this makes it that much more appealing and possible!
  3. Use a kick ass Digital App/Workout Subscription – Some of our favorite apps for on-the-go workouts are: Aaptiv, Les Mills, Daily Burn, YouTube, Yoga with Adrienne, and Nike Training Club. These are just a few that we have enjoyed!

One thing that I love about working out in my hotel room, is that I don’t have to worry about what I’m wearing (or not wearing!), plus I’m able to save time, and get a short session in before I head out for the day or when I come back to refresh, but before a dinner meeting.
